Position: One Executive Secretary

1. Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling public complaints and feedback
2. Empowering volunteers and interns
3. Advocating for judicial reform issues
4. Executing organizational administration, projects, and working groups

2. Qualifications:

1. Graduated from law-related departments or graduate institutes; experience in law firms is a plus
2. Passionate about serving the public and idealistic about judicial reform
3. Willing to make a long-term commitment to NGOs
4. Experience in student or civic association leadership is preferred

3. Workplace: Taipei Office, with travel required across Taiwan.

4. Application Materials Required:

1. Resume (with photo) and autobiography, indicating the available start date
2. A 500-word short essay on one of the following topics: "How to Build a Judiciary Trusted by the People" or "Judicial Reform and My Relationship with It" (choose one)
3. Copies of highest diploma and other educational and professional certificates

5. Compensation: Salaries are determined based on individual education and experience in accordance with JRF regulations
