About this database
With the arrival of the internet age, vast historical materials have been progressively digitized — easier to store and access, free of physical barriers, letting knowledge be obtained and shared without limits.
The Judicial Reform Foundation is Taiwan's first civil society organization grounded in legal expertise. For thirty years it has taken part in the judicial reform movement of Taiwan's democratization, fearlessly monitoring the judiciary and speaking up for the people. The extensive materials accumulated along the way — issue discussions, advocacy actions, case assistance, and work records over the years — are now digitized for use in legal education, academic research, and the preservation of history.
