You and your friends are horsing around on your way home from school as usual. Suddenly, an unfamiliar voice breaks your train of thought.

"Log in to the Fraud Nation immediately!"

In a daze, you accidentally step on a stray dog sleeping on the side of the road and, losing your sense of direction, you flee frantically. In a trance, you open a door and step onto playing cards scattered all over the floor...

"Dummy accounts are accomplices to scam syndicates," "The root cause of fraud is a social problem," "Dummy accounts are victimized perpetrators, scapegoats," "My money was stolen, I am the real victim"... Looking at the slogans swirling around, you begin to wonder: what exactly is dummy account fraud? Who is the one who should be held responsible?

Since 2013, the Judicial Reform Foundation has been concerned with wrongful cases involving dummy account fraud. This "Transcending the Fraud Nation ♣ Summer High School Student Camp" is co-organized by the Taiwan Taichung Bar Association, Nantou Bar Association, and Changhua Bar Association. Through the special exhibition "Challengers of the Fraud Nation" currently on display at the Taichung Office and a hands-on simulated trial experience, it analyzes the systemic judicial human rights controversies behind dummy account fraud. At the same time, the Global Anti-Scam Organization is invited as a co-organizer to introduce the real dangers behind the fraud industry chain, hoping to invite everyone to consider whether criminalizing dummy accounts helps prevent fraud, and together transcend the struggle of the Fraud Nation.
