External Inspection of Prisons
To ensure that external prison inspection panels function effectively, the Judicial Reform Foundation and the Taiwan Association for Human Rights (Covenants Watch) are working to compile good practices and key inspection focuses for external prison oversight. This work is currently ongoing.
